Happy 30th Birthday, my Girl Girl!! I miss you. We went to the cemetary today. We brought you two Angel statues. One is holding a cat. The other is holding a dove. The dove one is solar powered and the dove lights up at night. Maybe you can see it when you look down from Heaven. It's pretty cool. We plan to go back in a week when I am on vacation and paint your bench and plant some Heather. I want to make the area look nicer.

Last night I looked at the clock at 7:30 and remembered that it was the time I went to the hospital to have you 30 years ago. Ten long hours later, at 5:19 A.M. you made your grand debut. Such a beautiful, healthy baby girl. The best part was that you were mine! I was so proud. I never lost my pride in you. It only grew as you grew. I'm glad I didn't know then that I would only have you for such a short time. I don't know if it would have changed anything if I had known. Even though your life was short, it was a good, happy life. That I do know.

I wore purple today. Listened to Drops of Jupiter. Cried because I couldn't help it. Laughed thinking of wonderful memories of good times with you. Missed you so much it hurts. Looked for "signs" from you, hoping to recognise one if it came. Today is also Father's Day. You always told me that it wasn't fair when it would fall on "your" day. :-) But, you really didn't mind sharing the day. I'm sure that you and your Dad have had an awesome day of celebration in Heaven.

Please continue to watch over your little sisters. Let them feel and know of your presence in their lives. I ask you do the same for me and Joel. We all hold you close in that special place that belongs to you in our hearts. You will never be forgotten. You touched so many lives while here on earth and your memory continues to do so. I am blessed to have had you in my life. I continue to be blessed with your memory.

So, Happy Birthday, Heather! Dance my Girl, Girl. Be the Heavenly Dancer that you are. I LOVE YOU OH SO MUCH!!
