Another year without you…

Happy Birthday My Girl Girl! You would be 33 today. It’s hard to imagine. Like the song we put to your video says, "I wonder where you’d be today."
Though we miss you always, we miss you more today because it’s your birthday and you are far away. You may not be here to celebrate, but we always do. I wish we could be together to laugh and celebrate your day. Even though we can’t, I hope you know that my heart overflows with love for you. Today I will celebrate you and the wonderful moment that you came into my life- for on that day my greatest dream was born.

I miss you. I’ve missed you since the moment that you flew away with your Angel wings. I listen to Drops of Jupiter, wear purple, and reminisce about my many wonderful memories of my 21 years with you. I wish you were still here. I know that you are near me even though I don’t see you. Even though you are far away, you are with me. You are in my heart. In my thoughts. In my life…Always.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY, my beautiful girl girl. I know you will have the most beautiful day in Heaven.

Angel in Heaven
There is a special Angel in Heaven that is a part of me
It is not where I wanted her, but where God wanted her to be
She was here but just a moment like a night time shooting star
And though she is in Heaven, she isn’t very far
She touched the heart of many like only an Angel can do
I would have held her every minute if in the end I only knew
So I send this special message to the Heavens above

It rained for two days. Today the sky is blue and the sun is shining. A beautiful day for looking at the clouds and trying to get a glimpse into Heaven. Ya know I am constantly looking for a sign from you. And yes, when I don’t look so hard, I see them everywhere.
